LifeStyle: Lose weight – stress - clutter
Plan your menus for the week so you don’t have to think “What am I eating today?” Repeat each week if you enjoy what you eat – or plan new for the next week. Do this after you have eaten so your tummy is full. Get a good recipe book or look on line.
Put your knife and folk down while you eat and chew slower. Remember to stop eating before you are full – gives your tummy a chance to catch up. Only eat when you are hungry.
While you eat, do just that – turn off the TV – put aside the book – just eat.
Always leave 10% of your food on the plate and throw it away – or give to the dog!
If you don’t like eating alone share a meal with a friend, partner or lover.
